NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE ACCOMACK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
AS REQUIRED BY VIRGINIA CODE SECTION 2.2-3707
Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3701 of the Code of Virginia, a meeting of the Accomack County Board of Supervisors occurs when as many as three members of the Board assemble, and public business of the Board is discussed or transacted. At least three members of the Board serve on the governing body of the Accomack-Northampton Planning District Commission and are expected to attend its regular meetings on the third Monday of every month, following the schedule listed below. Accordingly, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Accomack County Board of Supervisors on the following dates at the ANPDC Enterprise Building located at 23372 Front Street - Accomac, VA 23301. The members of the Accomack County Board of Supervisors will not have a quorum to vote on County business.
