DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Canonie Atlantic&nbsp;Company</strong> is a private entity which owns 49.1 miles of railroad corridor located in Accomack and Northampton Counties.This meeting each month begins immediately after the conclusion of Accomack-Northampton Transportation District Commission meeting, which begins at 5:30 p.m.</p><p align="center"><b>NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE ACCOMACK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS</b></p><p align="center"><b>AS REQUIRED BY VIRGINIA CODE SECTION 2.2-3707</b></p><p align="center"><span style="text-align: left;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3701 of the Code of Virginia, a meeting of the Accomack County Board of Supervisors occurs when as many as three members of the Board assemble, and public business of the Board is discussed or transacted. At least three members of the Board serve on the governing body of the Accomack-Northampton Planning District Commission and are expected to attend its meeting on the first Tuesday of each month. Accordingly, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Accomack County Board of Supervisors on the first Tuesday of each month, immediately following the conclusion of the A-NTDC meeting .</span></p><p style="text-align: center;"><b><span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">The members of the Accomack County Board of Supervisors will not have a quorum to vote on County business.</span></b></p>
