Join the Hon. Samuel H. Cooper, Mrs. Mozella Francis, Reverend Kelvin Jones., and Mrs. Donna Sample-Smith in a fun event to launch a "complete count" of all households on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Each counted individual can help our community have access to $20,000 in federal funding over the next 10 years. These funds means hundreds of thousands of dollars for local governments, schools, libraries and public services to our local communities. Census Bureau representatives will also be on site to assist in completing the Census online and to answer questions. Take the Census survey at the event.
The event is free and open to the public.
